Preventative Actions to Assure Robust Processes
Our product launch team uses a variety of tools such as IQ/OQ/PQ, DFM, GR&R, FMEA and others throughout the advanced product quality planning process.
Based on the scope of your project, our quality team can help you determine the levels of qualification, inspection and documentation that best suits your application.
Our CNC vision inspection systems, instruments, gauging and microscopes are all used routinely during qualification and production to:
- Inspect components for correct geometry & tolerances
- Check surface finish & workmanship
- Verify integrity of secondary operations
- Create and monitor SPC data
Our manufacturing technicians are trained mechanical inspectors, constantly monitoring the quality throughout the production processes. QA inspectors perform periodic floor audits of production samples and inspection reports.
