LASER WELDING:
Let our LWTSP (Laser Welding Process Technical Support Provider) certified laser welders precisely weld your precision parts. Using ND: YAG lasers, we can perform miniature welds using exotic metals including gold and magnesium. Why ship parts to yet another vendor for laser welding? Let us do it in-house.
AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY:
Using robotics and other high-speed assembly equipment, you see repeatable, precision sub-assemblies that are fully inspected to meet your quality assurance requirements. For labor-intensive sub-assemblies, we can provide a combination of automated and non-automated services. IN-DIE ASSEMBLY:
Not only can we inspect parts right in the die, we can design and build tooling to assemble parts right in the die to deliver simple or complex sub-assembled components that are ready for your production line. High-speed crimping, interlocking and other techniques deliver consistent inspected sub-assemblies without additional vendors or handling.
