Our design team is fully equipped with advanced 3D solid modeling CAD systems, streamlined for die design. We have standardized our die design methods to not only reduce tooling lead time, but also to improve quality of the precision tooling produced here at MTE. We design and build tooling for each phase in your product's life-cycle, from prototyping through full production. We'll also create the assembly and inspection fixtures needed for your project.
As members of our product launch team, our designers are heavily involved with advanced product quality planning including FMEA's during the tooling design phase to eliminate manufacturing problems before they occur.
